An Annaville mother accused of driving drunk and causing an accident that sent her 3-children to the hospital, will face criminal charges.

Corpus Christi police say 30 year old Lori Ramos will be charged with intoxication assault, and felony DWI  with a child passenger.

Officers tell us her 5-passengers, including three kids under the age of 10 were thrown from an SUV  she was driving, Saturday night.

Witnesses report seeing the vehicle driving erratically before the accident. It went into a ditch and rolled 5-times.

A nine year old victim, Norma Jean Ramos has been updated from critical to stable condition.

Her mother, the driver, Lori Ramos Is facing criminal charges.

Good, I think anyone driving DUI should be held accountable, especially when there are injuries. But, what about the Judge. A slap on the wrist? Really!
