21-year-old stabbed during attempted robbery in city's southside

A 21-year-old man was stabbed Tuesday night during an attempted robbery as he was arriving home in the 3200 block of Briarhurst, near Saratoga and Cimarron.

CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - A 21-year-old man was stabbed Tuesday night during an attempted robbery as he was arriving home in the 3200 block of Briarhurst, near Saratoga and Cimarron.

The victim told police he was confronted by a man as he got out of his car and he was stabbed several times. The victim was rushed to Christus Spohn Shoreline Hospital for treatment.

Police are still investigating the case. Unfortunately, the victim did not get a good description of the suspect.
