Experts say it happens at least 2,000 times a year in this country. That's how many babies are violently shaken or slammed into something hard just to keep them quiet. The results are often tragic

The staff at Driscoll Children's Hospital estimates that they treat between 4 and 6 shaken babies each month. 

Katy Kiser has a special report on this kind of child abuse, and what's being done about it.
