Police in Skidmore have a 56-year old man behind bars on charges improper photography without consent, and indecency with a child. Both charges are felonies.

Police say they searched the home of Rolando Longoria last Friday, and seized a computer and cell phone.

Longoria was reportedly working as a substitute teacher in the Skidmore Tynan I.S.D. He was taken to the Bee County jail.

I can believe that he would do something like this. He had very bizarre behavior during my three years in the KISD JROTC program. He was relieved of his duties during my junior year because of allegations.

Longoria was accused of inapropriate conduct with Several Female JRotc Cadets in Kingsville ISD, but instead of Firing him the District Put him on Leave and allowed him to transfer and teach in Skidmore.
