Police in Skidmore have a 56-year old man behind bars on charges improper photography without consent, and indecency with a child. Both charges are felonies.

Police say they searched the home of Rolando Longoria last Friday, and seized a computer and cell phone.

Longoria was reportedly working as a substitute teacher in the Skidmore Tynan I.S.D. He was taken to the Bee County jail.

There were allegations against this same teacher in KISD for inappropriate behavior with students, but they were dropped and he changed schools.

I can believe that he would do something like this. He had very bizarre behavior during my three years in the KISD JROTC program. He was relieved of his duties during my junior year because of allegations.

from what i know, this is the 4th incident...how many more is it going to take for school officials to deny him employment??? What is it going to take to make him register as a sex offender??? This guy should have never been given employment where minors are around (uhh schools are FULL of minors) after the first incident in kingsville, or after edcouch-elsa, or even from edinburg (3rd school)...there may even be more that we are not aware of! I hope he is no longer working w/minors!

Has anyone evr back ground checked any of the above incidents? Well, I have. The ones from the Valley are bogus, that is just someone spreading hear say, Kingsville had a claim it was one female cadet, they went to court they found her to be lying. It is in the docs, you check it out. please post all info good or bad.
