Corpus Christi Police officers on a search for a murder suspect tried to stop a car that was reported stolen. The suspects slowed down after seeing police emergency lights but sped off when police approached. The suspects crashed their car into a building in the 5700 block of McArdle. It happened around 2;30AM Friday. After a short chase, the driver lost control and crashed into the Disc-Go-Round.

All the occupants fled on foot but police managed to catch two of them, 21-year old Matthew Moreno, and 20 year old Joshua Yanez.

Officers escorted Moreno and Yanez to jail.
