Ahhh, we all love a good massage, but as it turns out they not only feel good but they're good for you. Massages are even healthy for small babies.

To tell us more about an upcoming workshop on infant massages, is massage therapist Stacy Wooster and yoga teacher Tiffany Schreiner.

If you want to attend the infant massage workshop, it's going on Sunday October 5 from 2 p.m. to 3:15 in the afternoon. The cost is $30.
It;s happening at the Yoga Studio of Corpus Christi at Six Points at 513 Clifford Street.

A second workshop will be held on November 16th from 2:00 to 3:15p.m.
