She says she always wanted to be thin, but it wasn't until her thirties that she really got in shape. Now at 40 she's a local fitness instructor.
Today our fit over 40 guest is Sue King.

For any of you out there trying to get in shape, here are Sue's three fitness tips:

1. Life is about living, loving and laughing but above all being happy and healthy.
2. If you are just starting to work out--ease into it. If possible, find a friend to exercise with and keep each other motivated.
3. Try different workouts. Most people find one thing they love to do, whether it's salsa dancing, cycling, weight lifting, etc. but mix it up every once in a while.
