     This as he announces that he won't remove himself from the case involving Mauricio Cells.

   A motion filed last week says that the judge received campaign contributions from lawyers and firms with whom cells split fees.

   Tonight Rudy Treviño breaks down some of the numbers and contributors.

I think Judge Banales has done a good job as a Judge. He is an honest individual with good values. When we elected individual to office as judges I feel we should trust their judgement in being able to set aside any connection they may have in the individual being tried...Remember there is a jury to decide someone's fate.
