The Fourth of July weekend is upon us and that means area beaches are already packed with families and party goers.  Before you join the crowd, make sure your car can handle the soft sand.  You may have heard the stories before, drivers who get stuck and have to dish out sometimes hundreds even thousands of dollars for a tow. We make some calls to find out what you should be paying.  Bill Churchwell has the story.
