One of Nueces County's 10 Most Wanted Criminals is back behind bars Monday morning.

18 year old Eleno Gates was wanted on a probation violation, on a case involving an aggravated robbery.

Officer Steven Gonzalez did a check of the top ten list, and discovered Gates living in his patrol area. The officer went knocking on doors at the apartment complex in the 4700 block of Old Brownsville Road where he was believed to be living.

Gates happened to answer the door at one of those apartments and was arrested on the spot.

TO WAN TU: yes it may be his own fault for not reporting, but TOP 10 MOST WANTED? are you kidding you don't even know the real story only whats being said on the news. Imagine how many more people would be on the top 10 if they folowed up on everyone who hasn't reported to probation. I also hate ignorant people who make comments without knowing the entire story.

To Christina, you don't think that an aggravated robbery is not committed by dangerous people. You are lucky it didn't happen to you. I hate ignorant people making comments before they really think about what they say.
