Next week's City Council meeting should be an interesting one as Council could be faced with a number of Coliseum options. The Mayor could ask them to revisit the Brass Real Estate Deal and City Staff has also had talks with the National Swim Center group who says it's ready to negotiate with the City on a deal. Then there's another possibility. A city-wide election on what to do with the Coliseum. The only problem with that is a number of Council members want to make a decision about what to do with the Coliseum sooner than later. An election wouldn't be held until next May or November.
