A City Finance Committee revealed that the City is looking at losing it's entire 26 million dollar reserve fund because of the economy. Sales tax revenue is down more than expected and unexpected additional expenditures are causing the new shortfall. Council Members on that Committee directed City Staff to come up with a plan of action and report back to the full Council on November 17th.
