Our annual day long "Share Your Christmas" food drive telethon is coming up on Friday.

But already, the donations are coming in. At least 49 schools all over south Texas have been collecting food for the past couple of weeks. In fact, there's a friendly competition but some of that food is now arriving at the food bank of Corpus Christi.

The food bank, the epicenter of what will surely be the beginning of a massive push to help raise as much food and money as possible to help the less fortunate in the Coastal Bend.

And this year, even more so than the year past, the need is great. Watch Rudy Trevino's report for more information.
