Corpus Christi Police need your help to find a man they say opened fire in a strip club parking lot, seriously injuring one man.

Police say it all started around 2 a-m in the parking lot of the Club Cheetah, on SPID near Airline. A fight between two groups of men inside the club spilled out. Into the parking lot. Police say that's when one of the men grabbed a gun from the back seat of a car and fired.

27-year-old Roberto Flores was shot in the leg and stomach.

Police describe the suspect as being a thin, balding Hispanic male, who was riding shotgun in a blue BMW.

If you have any information on this shooting. Call Crime Stoppers at 888-tips.

A rude wake up call this morning for a couple of Flour Bluff families at a home on Jamaica.

One man reports his truck was tagged up with purple and gold paint, while he was sleeping. His garage door way also sprayed.

And about two miles away, on Clarice Street, a similar story.  A homeowner reports his truck was tagged with gold paint, sometime overnight.

No witnesses have come forward, and no arrests have been made.

Corpus Christi Police tell Kiii News that  they are closing in on a would-be burglar, who was too big to squeeze through a window he broke out of a fast food restaurant.

Police are hoping another look at this surveillance video will help them catch their man.

Last Thursday night, the suspect was seen making multiple attempts to break into the Boat-n-Net on Port. The man broke two small windows with a two by four and then tried to wiggle through.

He didn't fit and didn't get away with anything. But he did cause significant damage. A tip to Crime Stoppers could earn you a cash reward.

Welcome to the victims group of graffiti. This happen all over Corpus Christi, it does matter on what side of town you live in, we all victims of graffiti and other things! And guess what we are left to clean it all up off fences, buildings, vehicles, etc. What should happen is the ones that spray it should be put to work all around the city. Teach them something about responsibly of their actions. It should be part of punishment - to remove all trash on side of roads, remove graffiti from victims property. This city looks like a giant trash can. I'm tried of having to repaint my fence and picking trash from my yard that is not mine. Plus having to drive my car on these streets that have so many pot holes, we all pay taxes and the city does nothing for us - like help their citzens. We even have dirty, yellow water, that smells, and probably is not good for us to drink. This whole city needs to be disinfected. Do something!!!!

I cant believe the criminal element this city has. You cant trust anyone. even when there is a video camera in place to identify the criminal they still proceed forward thats nuts.

Walter Brennan, with those features he should have been identified by now, must be an outsider.

Natural Gas

Should the city of Corpus Christi privatize its natural gas system or keep it under city ownership?

  • Yes. Sell it and let private business run it.
  • No. Keep it as a city department.
  • I don't know.
