A celebration of life is taking place at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. It will take place on Wednesday, September 16, 2007, and it will honor
Dr. Hector P. Garcia. The event will include flamenco and folklorico dancing, as well as speakers. It will all take place at the university's Dr. Hector P. Garcia Plaza.
In addition, Dr. Pat Carroll will discuss the book entitled, "Felix Longoria's Wake," in the University Center Ballroom.
