CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII-NEWS) - A man accused in taking part of a robbery homicide incident that left a gun store owner dead, appeared in court Wednesday morning.
Capital murder suspect Jeremiah Jenkins was in the 105th District Court, asking for a reduction with his bond.
Jenkins is accused of taking part in the killing of George Koumbis, the owner of the Shooters Depot, during a robbery back in early September. His mother testified at the hearing but Judge Jack W. Pulcher refused to reduce Jenkins' bond.
