CC Roadrunners to host their 36th annual Turkey Chase

It's important to burn off a few calories during the Thanksgiving holiday, and you can do just that while raising money for local charities!

CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - It's important to burn off a few calories during the Thanksgiving holiday, and you can do just that while raising money for local charities!

The 36th annual Turkey Chase will be held Thanksgiving morning. It's organized by the Corpus Christi Roadrunners, a club that strives to promote healthy lifestyles in the Coastal Bend while also raising money for charities.

This year's run will include a four-mile run, a two-mile walk and even a 1K Fun Run for the kids!

The race will begin at 7 a.m. Thursday behind Heritage Park. For more information, visit www.corpusroadrunners.com.
