CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - The soft drink giant Coca-Cola chipped in Friday to help in the Hurricane Harvey recovery process by making a donation to help small businesses in the affected areas get back on their feet.

The company made a $20,000 donation to Lift Fund, a nonprofit group that helps small business owners get the loans they need to make their businesses grow.

We are determined to stay here in Corpus," said Alan Kruger of Authentic New York Pizza. "It's very easy to leave and go someplace else, but we are determined. We like this city and we want to stay here in this city."
