Critters carrrying typhus in the Coastal Bend

CORPUS CHRISTI (KIIINEWS) - Murine typhus is a form of typhus usually carried by fleas. We see it occasionally here in Corpus Christi.  It's transmitted from the fleas on opossums, cats, and rats.
