CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - The Good Samaritan Rescue Mission never wants to turn people away, but the home for the homeless has found itself facing new challenges.
Drastic changes in HUD funding for other local shelters last year have increased the number of folks seeking a place to stay at the Good Sam shelter, which means they too are being impacted in the form of available space for beds and their budget.
