Hwy 358 ramp reversal project to begin on Monday

TxDOT will begin it's $50-million project to reverse ramps on Highway 358 starting Monday.

CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) -    The Texas Department of Transportation is scheduled to begin a $50-million project Monday to improve a 15-mile section of Highway 358.
    Officials say the project will span from north of Leopard Street to east of Flour Bluff Drive.  Crews will be reversing the eastbound exit and entrance ramps between Weber and Staples.
    The goal is to reduce traffic backups.
    Crews will begin working at night along Airline toward North Ayers Street.  Temporary closures of east and westbound lanes will begin from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m.
