CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - Students at Incarnate Word Academy helped bring some Christmas spirit to residents of a local assisted living center Thursday.

The middle and high school band and choir from the school sang and performed for residents at the Mount Carmel Home on Alameda. IWA Band Director Joe Hernandez said the performance was part of the music department's Christmas gift to the community.

According to the Incarnate Word Academy High School Choir Director, Mark Kellogg, this is an annual tradition that brings smiles to the faces of the residents of the Mount Carmel Home.
