CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - The sixth annual Jingle Bell 5K on Saturday will benefit the non-profit organization Bikes for Kids. The goal of the organization is to provide children in need with a brand new bicycle.

Bikes for Kids wants to give out 110 bikes, but need support from the Coastal Bend.

"They never had a bike, even at the age of nine, and I've seen it. They don't even know how to ride, but we will teach them how to do that. And then with Hurricane Harvey, we're focusing this year on a lot of those kids that lost their bicycles," President Tom Neagli said.

The run kicks off at Brewster Street. To register, click here.
