Man left at clinic following shooting

Currently, officers do not believe the gunshot wound is self-inflicted but do not know if this is related to any other shootings.

CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - Corpus Christi Police Department is currently looking into a gunshot wound victim being left at the Reliant Emergency Room on Everhart just after 3 p.m. on Friday.

Officers said a car pulled up to Reliant Emergency Room with three men. Two of the men pulled out the third individual who was shot and left him on the sidewalk. The men ran inside the emergency clinic and told medical personnel somebody had been shot they then immediately took off in their car.

An ambulance was called to the scene and transported the victim to the hospital. 

Police said they do not know the condition of the victim but believe he is in his late 20's or early 30's.

Currently, officers do not believe the gunshot wound is self-inflicted but do not know if this is related to any other shootings. 

Officers are looking for a new maroon SUV that has paper license plates.
