CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) -
A group of teachers, nurses and even retired educators gathered outside Blake Farenthold's office Sunday to express their opposition toward repealing Obmacare.
The group's main goal was to express their needs to the congressman with some saying that health care needs to be available to everyone. Many of the concerns were for children and mothers who they say rely on affordable health care.
Farenthold has expressed opposition toward Obama care and was pushing for the new GOP health care plan which was shot down days ago.
The congressman has said in the past that the rising costs associated with the affordable care act is one of the main reasons he has wanted to repeal it.
