CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - There are now a dozen girls, ages 12-16, that have made allegations of sexual assault against 30-year-old Mathew Lucio.

In December of 2016, Corpus Christi police arrested Lucio for possession and distribution of child pornography, online solicitation of a minor and aggravated assault.

In January, police said they believed there could be more victims and encouraged them to speak up. They even released his Facebook alias, "Kane Luciano," in hopes of reaching more potential victims.

Since that time, several more victims claim that they were sexually assaulted by Lucio, and now Lucio faces several additional counts of sexual assault of a child and aggravated assault.

Lucio's bond has also been increased to $1.9 million.

Investigators encourage anyone with information concerning the case to call the Corpus Christi Police Department at 361-826-2996.
