CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - Corpus Christi residents who are trying to pay their utility bills online are receiving an error message. On Tuesday, officials said they will be conducting a soft launch of the newly designed website.

Before the website is up and running, residents who are looking to make a payment can do so in person at a local HEB, or they can make a payment through the mail.

Officials said due to the inconvenience, no late fees will be incurred or shut-off orders due to non-payment until the transition to their new website is complete.
