Public asked to vote on new designs for Harbor Bridge Project

City officials asked the community Thursday to vote on designs for the new Harbor Bridge Project at a charette meeting.

CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - City officials asked the community Thursday to vote on designs for the new Harbor Bridge Project at a charette meeting.
 
Officials from the Texas Department of Transportation and Flatiron/Dragados, the company contracted to build the new bridge, were there as the public was asked to vote on everything from lighting designs to pedestrian rails and even the concrete designs that will go into the side ramps.
 
Starting Monday, Sept. 26, two logo designs will be posted online for members of the public to view and vote on. One will be selected as the new logo.
 
Voting will run until midnight Friday, Oct. 7. For more information and to vote for your favorite logo, visit www.harborbridgeproject.com.
