Salvation Army receives $500,000 grant

The Salvation Army received some major help Thursday in an effort to build a new Center of Hope facility.

CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - The Salvation Army received some major help Thursday in an effort to build a new Center of Hope facility.
 
They received a $500,000 affordable housing program grant from Frost Bank and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas. The $5 million center will be a 28,000 square-foot campus to serve low-income families and veterans.
