San Patricio County works towards economic growth

Yesterday marked the annual State of San Patricio lunch in where businesses owners discussed their plans for growth.

Despite the wreckage following Hurricane Harvey, San Patricio business owners and elected officials have no plans to give up on the growth of their community. 

According to the Caller Times, yesterday marked the annual state of San Patricio luncheon. At the event, community leaders showcased their plans for economic growth in the area divulging the details of upcoming projects like Exxon and SABIC's new ethylene plant.  

According to officials the Ingleside Chemours Plant is starting a three-hundred-million dollar refrigerant facility. It's expected to be the world's largest producer of refrigerants for automobiles in the U.S. and Europe by 2021.
