TAMUK students attend graduation commencement ceremony

The commencement was for students in the Colleges of Business, Arts and Science.

CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - Students from Texas A&M University-Kingsville had the chance to show their Javelina pride Friday morning during their graduation commencement ceremony.

Graduates had decorative caps for the ceremony and expressed what the commencement means to them.

"It was great since I've been here," graduate Kyle Plum said. "Going to school here was awesome. Playing sports here was awesome. I made a lot of lasting friendships."

"I am the first graduate of my family, first to graduate with my bachelors and now my master's degree," graduate Amanda Zuniga said. "I'm very excited. They're very proud of me, and I love them so much."

The commencement was for students in the Colleges of Business, Arts, and Science.
