Tejano Civil Rights Museum hosts inaugural holiday event

Celebrate Hispanic culture this holiday with the Inaugural Fiesta Navidena event!

The Tejano Civil Rights Museum will host their inaugural Fiesta Navidena Holiday Pop-Up event Sunday at Heritage Park (1581 N Chaparral St.) from 12-6pm.

The event features Hispanic artists, 20 vendors, a chalk community sidewalk mural, live entertainment by the 2017 Féria De Las Flores contestants and much more. 

The public will also be able to view two new art exhibits from inside the Tejano Civil Rights Museum; "Our Lady of Guadalupe" by Laredo artists and the "Glow selected works by Jeannette Hall".  

The family and pet friendly event is free and open to the public.
