The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation demonstrate how to make delicious holiday tamales

CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Cultural Department is inviting all tamale lovers to their seasonal cooking demonstration. The demonstrations will consist of two classes that will begin Saturday  at 10:30 a.m. and will end at 1:30 p.m. at the historic Galvan House at Heritage Park located at 1581 N. Chaparral Street.   

Featured speakers at the event will be Sandra Vasquez, who is the creator of the 'Mas Tamales' masa spreader. Tickets for the event are $8 per person, and includes the demonstration along with recipes, and delicious food samples.
