Third suspect in custody for gun store shooting

It's been just over a week since a deadly shooting claimed the life of a store owner at a local gun shop.

CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - It's been just over a week since a deadly shooting claimed the life of a store owner at a local gun shop. So far two have been arrested. But late Friday afternoon a third suspect is behind bars. 28-year-old Jeremiah Jenkins turned himself in to authorities.

It was back on September 1st that the owner of the Shooters Depot, 62-year-old George Koubis, was killed in what police believe was a robbery attempt. A store employee was also shot. He continues to recover.

So far police have arrested 19-year-old Truanser Hughes on a capital murder charge and 20-year-old Filamir Gomez for suspicion of capital murder.

Police are still looking for 22-year-old Darian Marshall. Call police if you have any information on his whereabouts.
