347th District Court Judge Missy Medary set Sandoval's trial date for February. The former doctor entered a plea of not guilty.

Sandoval was arrested in July after he was accused of inappropriate conduct with five female patients. The arrest led to Sandoval's medical license being suspended.

In August, Sandoval was once again arrested after another victim came forward. He now faces three charges of sexual assault.

Police are urging any other victims to come forward as they continue their investigation.
