Two men sentenced in court for selling methamphetamine

Two Coastal Bend men were sentenced Tuesday in Federal Court for their connection to a methamphetamine-selling operation.

CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - Two Coastal Bend men were sentenced Tuesday in Federal Court for their connection to a methamphetamine-selling operation.

39-year-old Carlos Cantu and 29-year-old Steven Schad plead guilty to conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute methamphetamine. An undercover ATF agent busted the two men.

Cantu was sentenced to just over 11 years in prison, while Schad was sentenced to 12 years in prison. Both will have to serve five years probation after serving their prison sentences.
