Man Apologizes to Victim's Family After Guilty Plea for Intoxication Manslaughter

He had a blood alcohol almost three times the legal limit the night he crash his car into a another vehicle, killing 51-year old Rita Bravo, but on Wednesday, 26-year old Adrian Amaya was in court apologizing to the victim's family after a surprise guilty plea.
