Man Pinned Under Car Rescued by a Group of Good Samaritans

     A man and woman are rushed to the hospital on Memorial Day, after a horrible looking accident on Ocean Drive that shut down the roadway for several hours.
It happened just before 6 Monday evening between Robert and Airline.  Police say the couple was on a motorcycle that was hit by a car that didn't see them.
     Officer Adrian Diaz with CCPD told 3 News, "both vehicles were traveling downtown Ocean.  The red vehicle tried to turn into Seaside, didn't see the motorcycle, struck the motorcycle, ran over the operator, and threw the passenger of the motorcycle off of it."
     Lonnie Westbrook was one of 3 good Samaritans who stopped to help rescue the rider who was trapped under the car.
He said, "we pushed that explore over about 6 inches to get it off of his arm."
Westbrook continued, "I work for wrecker company see accidents all the time never really see them as they happen, without paramedics there first for me, what you do instinct to go over and help."
     Police say both riders were wearing helmets.  The condition of two people on the motorcycle is unknown.  Police say the driver of the car will get tickets for an unsafe lane change and for not having a drivers license.
