Lawmaker's Gun

GREENSBURG, Pa. (AP) - A coroner in Pennsylvania says a teenager whose body was found last summer in the woods next to a state senator's gun had shot himself and that no charges should be filed.

The decision comes after an inquest into the teenager's death. He was found in woods behind his home and the home of his neighbor, state Senator Robert Regola.

Regola has said that he had nothing to do with the shooting. The senator was in Harrisburg at the time. The teenager had a key to the house because he was watching the family dogs while Regola was away.
