MIAMI (AP) - Documents released today show one doctor authorized all eleven prescription medications found in Texan Anna Nicole Smith's hotel room.
The information from a Florida medical examiner's office shows most of the drugs are in the name of the Playboy Playmate's companion -- Howard K. Stern.
Smith -- who was born in Houston -- died after collapsing in a Miami-area hotel room.
Authorities say the cause of death was an accidental overdose.
The Associated Press reports about 600 pills were missing from prescriptions no more than five weeks old at the time of Smith's February eighth death.
Broward County M-E Joshua Perper has said all of the drugs were meant for Smith, though they were prescribed in other names.
Eight prescriptions were under Stern's name.
Two were for someone named Alex Katz.
One prescription was under the name of Smith's friend and psychiatrist, Khristine Eroshevich.
Meanwhile, the paternity battle continues over Smith's infant daughter, Dannielynn.
