New Low-Income Housing Project to Replace Northside Manor

A $17.5 million low-income housing project has now sprung up along Leopard Street, right next door to Miller High School.

It's called the Palms at Leopard, and the 120-unit complex is going to replace the aging Northside Manor Apartments on North Alameda.

Kiii News Reporter Michael Gibson went Live at the Palms to hear from residents that are ready to enjoy their new place.
