No Arrests in Shooting at Gas Station on Nueces Bay Boulevard

Corpus Christi police say no arrests have been made in relation to a dispute over a fuel pump Wednesday night that resulted in gunfire.

The shooting happened around 6:15 p.m. at the Stripes at Nueces Bay Boulevard and Magnolia Street.

Police say a 40-year old man and a 21-year old man got into a fist fight over cutting in line at the fuel pumps, and during the dispute, one person was shot in the hand by the driver of a truck that was trying to leave.

No charges have been filed so far, but police are still investigating the incident.
