Police Respond to Bank Robbery Near Staples and Wooldridge

Corpus Christi police were called out to this city's latest bank robbery Monday, which happened at around 3:30 p.m. at the IBC Bank in the 6100 block of Staples, near Wooldridge.

Police say the male suspect is described as having medium-brown skin. He stands about five-foot eight and weighs about 180 pounds. He appears to be in his mid-20s. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and had a white mask covering his face.

The suspect took off in a four-door sport utility vehicle. Police are searching the area.

Luckily, no one was hurt during the robbery.
