San Diego Man Arrested in Connection with Weekend Shooting

A San Diego man is facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after he was allegedly involved in a shooting early Saturday morning.

San Diego police arrested 27-year old Ramiro Gonzalez IV just after midnight Monday after responding to a disturbance call at a residence involving an argument between two women and a man. After responding to that call, police were called back to the same residence after reports of shots fired in the area.

Two people, a man and a woman, were shot on their right arms and suffered non-life threatening injuries. Gonzalez was arrested a short time later in connection with that shooting.
