CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -
This evening, there is an update on a 37 year old Corpus Christi police officer who was recently cleared of all charges stemming from a domestic disturbance.
3 News has learned that senior officer Tommy Cabello will be suspended from work for three days. He was facing a felony evidence tampering charge and two misdemeanor assault charges, but all those have now been dropped.
Police chief Troy Riggs says Cabello is being suspended for the conduct he displayed when officers responded to that domestic disturbance earlier this year.
