Seventh Annual Triumph Over Kids Cancer Golf Tournament

Mother Nature couldn't stop a worthwhile charity from hosting one of its biggest fundraisers of the year. Brave golfers hit the links over at the Corpus Christi Country Club Friday for the seventh annual Triumph Over Kids Cancer Golf Tournament.

It's the first tournament held since the passing of the charity's founder, James Ragan, an avid golfer and brave young man who lost his battle with cancer earlier this year. Money raised from this tournament will go to help finding a cure for pediatric cancers.

To date, the group has raised over $1.6 million. That money has gone to cancer patients at Driscoll Children's Hospital, MD Anderson and the Children's Hospital of New Orleans.
