Store Robbed at Gun Point

Two thieves robbed a convenient store Sunday morning at gun point and got away with cash. It happened just before seven this morning. According to police the two suspects went into the Stripes Convenience Store off of Webber and Gollihar. They demanded money from the clerk and showed a handgun. The clerk handed over the money. The two suspects took off in a getaway car. Police are currently looking at surveillance video. Lt. Israel Soza said, "I believe one of the officers had said that their was a good close up shot of the individual. Hopefully when that video comes out we will know a little more." No one was injured during the robbery. The car is described to be a silver or gray 2-door hatch back vehicle with black rims. It was last seen traveling towards SPID.
