Surveying Effects of Galveston Oil Spill on Port O'Connor

The cleanup process continued Monday at Port O'Connor as crews worked to remove traces from the oil spill that happened in late March in the Houston ship channel.

To date, more than 300 birds have died as a result of the spill, along with nearly 40 dolphins and about 20 turtles. On Monday, 3News got a unique look at the cleanup process in some of the hardest hit areas of the spill.
