TAMUCC Students Display Innovation Using Google Glass

There's a group of students at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi who have been working on some really cool technology involving Google Glass.

You have probably heard about this invention, which is still in the experimental stages. Not everyone can get a hold of the Google Glass. However, the students showed off Friday what they have developed in the Innovation and Computing Research Labs, or iCORE for short.

They have written a computer program to control a hover craft through their voice and head movements, all using the Google Glass.

As you may know, the Google Glass displays a tiny computer screen and uses Bluetooth technology to pair with your phone. The students are also using the device to record lectures and then load the video to their Google account to study later.
